Mare Cromwell is a writer, poet, gardener and environmentalist. A spiritual seeker for many years, she holds a Masters in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan. Following an international environmental career, she spent seven years interviewing people for this book. Currently a part-time professional gardener, Mare resides in Baltimore, Maryland, where she is exploring new workshops to lead and new directions in her life presently.
